We mainly ship through the US Postal Service using their Priority Mail flat rate option; however, it is often less expensive to send small items via parcel post. You have the option to choose a faster, more expensive shipping method.
We don't have standard shipping rates, and we don't add handling fees unless unusual circumstances call for them. We need to ask you to call or e-mail us your zip code so we can calculate the total shipping charge on your order before you pay. We are located in Western Washington State. All shipments will be made from the 98363 zip code, and sales tax is added for Washington State residents.

It can take up to 4 days for your order to be completed with our out of town vending schedule. You will receive your purchase within 7-10 business days from the finish of the order.
*Note: If you need an order by a specific date please let us know to see if we can schedule for that date. Over night shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we have made an error; contact us and we will give you an estimate. Express Priority Mail is usually within 1st or 2nd Day Delivery. Once the order is in the mail, we are not responsible for any late delivery time.
Returns and Exchanges:
You must contact us of intent to return an In-Stock purchase within 24 hrs of receiving order, and it must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving order. Returns must be in same new state as when they were sent to Buyer, and show no signs of wear. There will be a restocking fee of 15% deducted from your refund, unless you are asking for an Exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable (unless it is our error).
Any item purchased at a special marked down price is not returnable or exchangeable.
Once returned items are received, if there is a refund due it will be sent to you within 1 week of return date.
You must pay any return shipping expense.
Damaged or Defective Products :
To insure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it ships. For manufacturer defective products, please contact us, we will then arrange for return shipping and provide you with a refund or exchange.
If the package has been damaged during shipment, we ask that you:
